Products are shipped at cold temperatures yet once products leave The Body Diary® / The Hair Diary™️ ultimately can't ensure the quality of the product once it arrives to you. Of course always hoping for the best but please be sure to keep track of your order and pick it up quickly. Do not leave in heated conditions for to long. Most products are natural with no stabilizers and will definitely melt. If this happens products are still good to use but not as they were made. Neither of us wants that.

Summer Shipping

All packages that contain products that might melt and are shipped during high heat times will be placed in freezer prior to shipping. Some products may include thermal packs.

Products will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. If you are 2 days priority mail from me, We will not ship later in the week than Wed early afternoon so that you receive it by Friday. If you are 1 day priority mail from me, I will ship up to Thursday morning. 3 day priority mail will not ship after Tuesday afternoon. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting in a hot warehouse all weekend. 

Please use physical locations for shipping. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any orders made to P.O. Boxes will be refunded.
